Our Free Plan does not require any payment details, and therefore, there are no refunds applicable for users who choose the free option. You can continue to use the free plan without any charges or billing commitments.
Premium Plans
If you subscribe to one of our Premium Plans, you will be charged for the service at the time of purchase. You may request a refund within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the service, as long as your request complies with the following guidelines:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of payment. After 7 days, we are unable to issue a refund for any reason.
- You must contact us via email at contact@aiogenai.com to request a refund. Please provide your payment details and reason for the refund request.
- If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
No Recurring Payments
We do not use recurring payments for our subscriptions. This means that once your subscription ends, you will not be charged automatically. You will need to manually renew your subscription if you wish to continue using our premium services after the plan expires.
If you choose not to renew your subscription, you will not be charged, and your access to premium features will be terminated at the end of the current billing cycle.
Exclusions
